Coaching Program
STC takes a different approach to annual employee reviews.  Referred to by the team as the STC coaching program each team member is connected with a coach upon joining the team.  Career developments sessions are scheduled three times a year with each team member and their coach to discuss prior achievements along with projects in the works and plan future goals as well as a course of action to achieve them.
