To access your Client Portal click the 'Login to Portal' button below. At the login screen, use your email address as your login name and enter your password. If you cannot remember your password, click the 'Forgot my password' link and you will be sent a temporary password. You should receive your temporary password via email within a few moments. Once you have received your temporary password you can copy and paste the temporary password into the password field. The system will immediately request that you reset your password. The password needs to be at least eight characters and contain as least one capital, one number and a special character (ie. ! @ # $ % & etc.).
Note - If you have not previously accessed your Portal, the system will ask you to set up three security questions. Once you have set up the security questions, the system may require you to return to the login screen to enter the new password you have created.
